The wine-making and beer-brewing processes became an interest of ours when we went on our first brewery tour at the Coors Brewery in Colorado, USA. And then a second… and a third tour (there were free samples!). Having engineering and science backgrounds, it fascinates us how intricate the process is for each producer and how the decisions made in the production process influence the taste, colour and smell of the beverage. This is something we aim to pass on to our customers; the ability to curate selections based on customer preference. Knowing why something tastes so good makes you appreciate it even more!
