What is local delivery?

Local delivery is for orders within the Illawarra South Coast region (between Thirroul and Unanderra). If you are within this region, a local delivery option will appear on the checkout page.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in Australia. We are not able to offer shipping outside of Australia. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

For local delivery, allow 3 - 5 business days for orders to arrive. For Australia-wide shipping, allow 8 - 10 business days for orders to arrive. 

What is the returns policy?

Should items need to be returned, Sullivan’s Beverages will organise to pick up the items. Until the items are collected, the buyer is liable to store the items in a safe place and take reasonable care of them. All beverages should be returned in their original box and packed to avoid breakages while in transit. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
