How it works

  • 1. Choose your bottles

    Pick how many bottles you'd like over the next 12 months, from 6 up to 144, in sixes. Add more whenever you like, or lower it if your plans change.

  • 2. Plan your Fridays

    We suggest a schedule around the moments that matter: Christmas, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, the grand finals and more. Move, add or skip boxes as you go.

  • 3. Set aside for you

    Two weeks before each box, we set your wines aside and send you a link to pay at member price. Need a change? You can still swap, move or skip it until it's paid.

  • 4. Pay box by box

    Your first box is paid when you join. After that you pay each box when it's ready, and only for the boxes you get.

A birthday treat

Plan 24 bottles or more across your year and you can add an extra Triple Discovery at half price, sent the Friday before your birthday. It doesn't count toward your bottles for the year. Set it up when you join, or any time after.

Questions

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free, and you only pay for the boxes you receive.

When do I pay?

Your first box is paid at checkout when you join. For every box after that, two weeks before it goes out we set the wines aside and send you a link to pay at member price. We'll remind you two days later, and once more the day before the cut-off. If a box still isn't paid a week before it goes out, the bottles go back on the shelf and that box is skipped. Nothing is charged.

Will you text me?

Yes, about your boxes only. We ask for your mobile number when you join so we can let you know when a box is ready to pay for and on its way. We'll never use it for marketing.

Can I change or skip a box?

Yes. Sign in to your account and open Wine Club. You can change the date, size or style of any box, skip it, or add a new one, any time until it's paid (up to the Thursday a week before it goes out). If you change a box after its payment link has gone out, we'll send you an updated one.

What if I don't schedule all my bottles?

That's fine. Bottles you haven't scheduled by the end of your membership year aren't sent and aren't charged.

When do boxes arrive, and what does delivery cost?

Club boxes go out on Fridays. Local delivery from Bulli to Unanderra (postcodes 2500, 2516, 2517, 2518, 2519, 2525 and 2526) is free. Anywhere else in Australia, shipping is charged per box at our standard rates, and posted boxes usually take a few days to arrive.

Where does my 15% apply?

On every club box, and on packs and single bottles in our online shop whenever you're signed in to your account. Use “Member sign in” at the top of this page, or the account icon at the top of any page. It doesn't combine with other discount codes.

How do I leave?

Any time, from the Wine Club page in your account. Boxes you haven't paid for are removed. Boxes you've already paid for still go out.

Who can join?

Anyone 18 or over with a delivery address in Australia. Someone 18 or over needs to be there to receive each box.
