Free local delivery

We deliver free from Bulli to Unanderra: postcodes 2500, 2516, 2517, 2518, 2519, 2525 and 2526. If you're in one of these areas, local delivery will show as an option at checkout. Delivering most Fridays

Shipping across Australia

We ship anywhere in Australia, except to areas where alcohol delivery is restricted. Shipping is charged per box, based on box size and where it's going, and you'll see the cost at checkout before you pay. Allow 8 to 10 business days. We can't ship outside Australia.

Wine club boxes

Club boxes go out on Fridays. Local delivery is free; anywhere else, shipping per box is added to your invoice. See the wine club page for more.

Receiving your order

Alcohol can only be delivered to someone 18 or over. We or our courier may ask for ID, and won't leave an order with anyone under 18.

Sending a gift

Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and add a gift note if you like. Sending to several people? Place a separate order for each address, or get in touch for bulk and corporate orders.

Returns and refunds

If something arrives broken, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. We'll arrange to collect any items that need to come back; until then, please store them safely. Please return wine in its original box, packed to avoid breakage.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
