Bonvilla Alexandra Chardonnay
An elegant Hunter Valley Chardonnay balancing rich stone fruit with subtle oak. On the palate, it reveals lush notes of ripe peach and warm vanilla, wrapped in a smooth, creamy texture. A beautifully crisp finish provides the perfect lift, making it an ideal match for roast chicken or creamy pasta.

Brash Higgins MRLO Merlot
Deep purple and strikingly vibrant, this blend balances seductive dark fruit with a savoury, earthy edge. Notes of poached plum, black jelly bean, and dried tobacco meet an intriguing mineral core of oyster shell and black tea. Thanks to a splash of Nero d’Avola, the palate is glossy and buoyant, finishing with a snap of garden herbs, dried violets, and a serious, savoury grip.

Intrepidus Grenache 
Vibrant and undeniably juicy, this medium-bodied Grenache explodes with crushed red berries, dark cherry, and mulberry, edged with a bright pop of tangerine zest. Fermented with a playful mix of whole bunches and berries to build brilliant texture, it reveals exotic background notes of star anise and juniper. A dangerously drinkable wine with a long, velvet-smooth finish.
