Notes of poached plum, black jelly bean, and dried tobacco meet an intriguing mineral core of oyster shell and black tea. Thanks to a splash of Nero d’Avola, the palate is glossy and buoyant, finishing with a snap of garden herbs, dried violets, and a serious, savoury grip.
