80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Shiraz, fermented together and aged eight months in French oak. Bright black fruit with elderberry, red plum and dried sage, plus a spicy kick of liquorice root and clove. Sandy tannins and a crunch of acid on the finish make it a classic, savoury Aussie red.
